A little preparation before your session can make a world of difference in your final photos. I've listed a few important points below.
- If your pup will wear a collar in his/her photos, make sure the collar is is good condition without visible tears/scratches or dirt.
- It's a good idea to have your pup groomed and/or bathed before their session so they look their best.
- Take a good look at your pups face before heading over to the session and wipe the eyes and muzzle to ensure a clean face with sparkling eyes.
- Bring some of your pups favorite treats. We may use them to help your pup focus.
- Bring any favorite toys or stuffed animals if you would like to include them in the session.
- Bring water and a water dish if we are doing an outdoor session.
- If your dogs collar includes tags, it is best to limit the number of tags for the photos. Ideally, limit the tags to just one cute name tag and omit the rabies/chip tags just for the session.
